We take a step back in time to revisit one of the most remembered classic movies of all time, National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. It was released December 1, 1989 and grossed $11,750,203 during the opening weekend. There are not many movies that can stand the test of time and always get laughs when it is shown. At one point in the movie Clark played by Chevy Chase, covers his house's entire exterior with holiday lights. These Christmas lights do not work on the first try because he wired them improperly. When they finally come on they cause a city wide power outage.
